Open Room Moves to 115

Night & weekend hours will now be held in Rolfs 115 instead of Rolfs 114. Rolfs 114 has better A/V capabilities, so we will make that room available for evening classes and screenings. The scanner has been moved to 115, so it will still be accessible during open hours.
