Now that the basic concepts are out of the way, it's time to create your web page. The process below will help you add content to your page.
Each HTML document requires a basic skeleton, or set of required tags. Follow these steps to make the basic HTML skeleton:
Click the HTML button (right) in the second row of the toolbar.

The HTML skeleton should appear
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE></TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
</BODY>
</HTML>Give your web page a title. The title will appear in the bar at the top of the window of your Mozilla browser.
With the editing cursor positioned between <TITLE> and </TITLE>, type Ally Gator's Homepage. When you have done so, the head of your document should look like this:

<TITLE>Ally Gator's Homepage</TITLE>
</HEAD>Finally, with the editing cursor positioned between <BODY> and </BODY>, type the following

Once you save your HTML document in your public_html directory again, you will have a working web page that you can preview. At this point it still needs a lot of improvement, but you have a start. The rest of this tutorial will guide you in spicing up your place in cyberspace.
