There are a couple of ways that you can get help with Composer as you work. There is help available on the web (aside from the pages you're reading now), but the best source of help is help documentation built into the program itself.

Tool tips:
Before all else, try tool tips. These are the easiest to use. Just hold the mouse still over any button, without clicking, and a small yellow box will appear to tell you what the button does.

Built-in help:
To use Composer's bulit-in help, click on "Help" in the top file menu and go to "Help Contents." This will open a new window. Because Composer is a part of Mozilla, the help here is for Composer and Mozilla. To get to the help for just Composer, click on "Index" and then double-click on the letter "C". Then, double-click on Composer. This will bring up the box below.
