In this introduction we have seen how to connect to MOOville, how to leave, how to speak, how to move, and how to log a session. That's a good start. You should become comfortable with these few things before reading additional sections of this handbook which describe other things you can do in MOOville.

There are ten or fifteen commands that you should know to navigate the MOO effectively. Most of them can be found by typing help quick-ref in the MOO. A quick reference page is also available here.

At any time in MOOville, you can type help topic to get information about a topic. For example, for help on passwords, type

      help password

You should also look at the other web pages in our MOO help directory.

If you bump into someone named Percival, Tari, Murdock, Bradley, Zorak, Laurie, MrFurious, Brendan, or Teufel, and you ask nicely, you're likely to get some one-on-one assistance. Of course, your instructor can provide the same.
