@boot	Get rid of bothersome guests.
@check-groups	Find out which groups you own.
@listgroup	Find out who belongs to a group.
@lookup-email	Find out a character name from their NWE email address.
@net-who	Get info on everyone logged in.
@newt	Temporarily disable characters.
@new-password	Re-setting a student's password.
@register	Look up the email address for a character.
@unnewt	Reverse the disabling of a character.
