While you can't perform complex scale transformations with ImageMagick, you can rotate your image, turn it upside, or reverse its direction.
To transform your image, choose Transform > from the ImageMagick toolbar. Choose the option you desire. For example, if you want your image to face the opposite direction, choose Flop. If you want your image to be upside down, choose Flip. You can also rotate your image by choosing Rotate Right or Rotate Left. You can't, however, choose the exact degree you want to rotate.

If you only want a portion of your image to be transformed, you can select the section by choosing Image Edit >, Region of Interest, and then by highlighting the area you want transformed with the cursor.
