Because each presenter or group of presenters must place prereading materials on the web so that attendees can read them ahead of time, we want to offer some help for those who don't often create their own web pages or don't have places to put them.

The University of Florida's Networked Writing Environment pages offer help on HTML authoring for beginners.
When people are ready to prepare their web pages, we'll post a template that can be used to create a simple web page.
Those who have trouble with the template can send us a plain text (ASCII) version of their paper or other materials and we will put it in simple html format. Instructions and deadlines for giving us those materials will appear soon.
Those who have no web space of their own can send us their materials and we'll post them in our space. Instructions and deadlines for giving us those materials will be posted soon.

Computers and Writing 2000 Online is a companion conference to Computers and Writing 2000, to be held May 25-28, 2000, in Fort Worth, Texas.
