MOO client instructions needed
CW2K Online presenters and attendees will be looking for MOO clients!Do you have a favorite MOO client, and some instructions for downloading and installing it? If so, we'd love to post your instructions on our site, or link to them on yours.
MOO practice sessions
We are looking for volunteers to hold "office hours" to help conference attendees get comfortable on the MOO Connections. These volunteers should be comfortable with the basic MOO commands for communicating, moving around, and examining and using objects in the MOO (for example, reading notes), and they should like helping novice MOOers learn these skills.We would like our practice session leaders to volunteer for an hour (or hours, if they like!) of their own choosing between March 1 and March 15, 2000. The idea is to have as many new MOOers as possible feeling ready by the time the conference opens on March 15!
MOO ushers for events
Once our calendar is finalized on March 1, we will ask for volunteers who can attend events as ushers. To be an usher, you just need to be comfortable with basic MOO commands for communicating and moving around. We'll ask you to greet attendess as they connect for events, help them get their bearings, and see that they find the room for the session they came to attend.
