CW2K Online invites you to join in a computers and writing conference to be held entirely online:

  • Real-time presentations will take place on the MOO Connections
  • Asynchronous discussions led by special guests will take place on the mailing list online2K
  • Special events and some presentations will take us to other online locations

Computers and Writing Online mirrors the face-to-face conference's interest in issues of electronic outreach and diversity. We value innovation, especially in encouraging the exploration of conference presentation genres in electronic environments, and we seek to provide conference scenes in which such innovation can be performed and enjoyed by both presenters and participants.

Registration

Please register for CW2K Online! Registration is free and will remain open throughout the conference. CW2K Online real-time events will take place on the MOO Connections, and for new MOOers, many MOO practice sessions are available from March 6 through March 15.

When you register, you'll receive a Connections character if you don't already have one, and you can also sign on to our electronic discussion list as part of the registration process.

Conference topics

The deadline for proposal submissions has passed, but you can still read the call for proposals to see what kinds of topics will be featured at the conference.
