The movie in my opinion was not as strong as the first. I guess there is only so much they can do with the matrix within the diegesis. The first movie was definitely something new and exciting. This third movie was a step up from the second, but it still did not have the power of the third. Maybe its just me. I am glad that we have gone through the Animatrix and other research as well because that did give me a good understanding of what was going on.
