I saw the third matrix the same night it came out. I was very excited to go see it...heck I even rented the first one and the second one in order to refresh my memory. Well, as it turned out, I didn't really enjoy it as much as I thought I would. As a matter of fact, I didn't even enjoy it at all. Maybe it was because we studied it in class so much that everything seemed predictable and boring. All my friends were cheering and having a blast.
Then, my boyfriend dragged me to see it again two nights after. Guess what happened? I feel asleep 1/4 into the movie.
I know someone mentioned it earlier and I must agree with them, I felt more pitty for the people of Zion who were fighting against the sentinels than I felt for Neo or for Trinity. I was actually cheering for "the kid" the whole time. I was so proud of him. I actually think that I was more proud of him than I was of Neo for saving Zion.
The action scenes were good though.
